Originally developed through an SBRI (Small Business Research Initiative) project, tackling the challenge of supporting young people with autism into meaningful, paid employment.

This early work led to KLEOS Software: Careers, a strengths-based prototype that laid the foundation for personalised, inclusive guidance.

Since then, rapid advances in Generative AI have opened up new opportunities to tailor learning, communication and self-advocacy in ways never before possible. In response, the platform has been reimagined, redeveloped (from the ground up) and relaunched as how i work – a dynamic, data-informed system that adapts to each learner’s preferences and needs.

Designed and developed by DAMGEO LTD, the tool combines academic rigour with cutting-edge technology to help neurodivergent individuals shape their path to work and independence.
