Terms of Use

The terms that govern your access to and use of how i work.

Last updated: 27 July 2025

1. Who can use the platform

  • The platform is designed for users aged 11 and above, including young people with or without autism.
  • Younger users may require parental, teacher, or advisor support and, where necessary, adult consent (see our privacy statement).
  • Educators, parents, and careers professionals may access the platform to support learners and review support cards, only where explicit consent is provided.

2. Registration and accounts

  • You must create an account to access the full features of how i work.
  • You agree to provide accurate and truthful information when registering.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • Accounts may be suspended or terminated for breach of these terms or for misuse.

3. What you can expect

  • Adaptive, gamified content across seven zones, focused on helping learners discover their learning and working styles.
  • A personal support card at the end of each zone, plus a summary support card once all seven are complete, and a dashboard built from your responses - all of which can be optionally shared with trusted professionals.
  • All content is designed with neurodivergent accessibility in mind and is backed by academic research.
  • No AI-generated content will be produced in Zone 1. Instead, your data will shape prompts and experiences in later zones.

4. Acceptable use
